Terms & Conditions
Before making a reservation with Terra Montis Adventures, we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Terra Montis Adventures and the Client from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.
Please note that by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be legally bound by them.
Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to book a trip through our travel company, travellers under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or legal guardian.
Payment: All payments are due before the start of the trip and must be made in full.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your trip, you must do so at least two weeks before the start date. Cancellations after that time will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total cost of the trip.
Refunds: If you need to cancel your trip, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will vary depending on the type of trip and the time of cancellation.
Changes: If you need to make a change to your trip, you must do so at least two weeks in advance. Changes made after that
